Kempton Great Engines are situated at Kempton Park Waterworks, where the M3 meets the A316. The Two Chimneys and filter beds are dominant features of the landscape next to the elevated section of the A316 - from where you get a great view of the site.

CAR
After leaving the A316 (Feltham junction) by the slip road, take the exit from the roundabout onto Snakey Lane (Formely known as Felthem Hill Road) (Sign posted to Lower Feltham). If you are coming from the M3 this will be the first turning on the left. If you are coming from London proceed under the motor way and take the first turning on the left. Take the first exit at the next roundabout and the entrance gate to Kempton is the first left. If you would like a different map click here.

For those with an GPS navigator, the google map coordinates are latitude 51°25'31.84"N and longitude 0°24'13.20"W and the post code is  TW13 6XH. If your GPS does not recognize TW13 6XH, please us our neighbours' code TW13 7ND.  This will bring you to the main vehicular entrance to the site.

There are now new Heritage signs providing directions from the roundabout.

BUSES
The 290 goes between Twickenham and Staines. Alight at the underpass and take Snakey Lane to the site entrance. The H25 goes to Hanworth, Feltham and Hatton Cross to connect with the Picadilly line. Both routes run a twenty minute service on Saturdays and Sundays.
