Welcome to kemptonsteam.org, the newly renovated official website of the KEMPTON GREAT ENGINES TRUST, a registered charity devoted to renovating and running, for public display, the world's largest fully operational Triple Expansion Steam Engine - "The Sir William Prescott".

Our first public steaming was the weekend of October 16^th and 17^th 2004.

Kempton Great Engines Trust is a Registered Charity No: 1048936. The Engine House, containing the two triple expansion steam engines and two steam turbines, is a National Monument (No. 153).
