Work in Progress
Currently the following is taking place on Tuesdays.
- A new public address system is being installed.
- Work continues on a ‘Kempton’ DVD.
- A high suction well water level alarm is being installed.
- Refurbishment of the Mercury Arc Rectifier has started.
- Extra guard rails are being fitted to open up the Ram Floor viewing area to the public.
- Handrails have been fitted to the entrance staircase.
Currently the following is taking place on Thursdays.
- Refurbishment of the IP cylinder cam shaft has been completed.
- Refurbishment of the IP cylinder exhaust valves has been completed
- Compressed air supplies have been improved with an additional air compressor.
- Painting continues.
- Minor repairs (as noted during past steamings) continue.
Currently the following is taking place on Sundays..
- Refurbishment of the old electric water pump continues.
- Painting continues.
- Minor repairs (as noted during past steamings) continue..
Museum News
- Telephone answering facility has been upgraded to provide better service for enquirers.
- Additional exhibits have been introduced.
- Audio-visual equipment is being installed.

In addition the Society publishes a news letter, entitled Triple News, for its members.
